How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly on our website, or you can contact us on Instagram or WhatsApp.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment through bank transfer.
What currency are prices shown in?
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Shipping & delivery
Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes. We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost? Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping charges are a flat PKR 195 across Pakistan. Free shipping is available on orders containing two or more items.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and email.
Returns, exchanges & damaged items
What if I receive the wrong or damaged product?
Please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes. We offer size exchanges subject to our exchange policy. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only available in specific cases as outlined in our return and refund policy.

What does AKSAAZ DECOR sell?
We specialise in wall and home decor across six areas: Islamic wall art and Arabic calligraphy, decorative and modern wall clocks, modern acrylic wall art including personalised family name signs, decorative wall mirrors, decorative table lamps, and 3D printed home accessories such as coasters and organisers.
What are your products made from?
Most pieces are made from premium laser-cut acrylic or MDF (a wood-based panel), finished for a smooth, durable surface. The material for each piece is stated on its product page.
What finishes and colours are available?
Most designs are offered in four finishes: Black, White, Clear and Gold. Available finishes are listed on each product page.
What sizes do you offer?
Most designs come in a five-tier size system. Round and square pieces are available at 22×22cm (Small), 28×28cm (Medium), 33×33cm (Large), 38×38cm (Extra Large) and 45×45cm (Extra Premium Large). Rectangular pieces are available at 22×30cm, 25×35cm, 30×40cm, 31×60cm and 40×81cm. Exact dimensions for each design are listed on its product page.
How do I choose the correct size?
Please refer to our Size Guide available on each product page before placing your order. As a guide, Small and Medium suit a shelf, desk or narrow wall, while Large and above work as a statement piece above a sofa, bed or dining table.
Which Islamic calligraphy designs do you offer?
Our Islamic wall art range includes Ayat ul Kursi, Bismillah, Kalima Tayyibah, Surah Al-Ikhlas, Asma-ul-Husna (99 Names of Allah), MashaAllah La Quwwata Illa Billah, Labbaik Ya Rasool Allah, Durood Shareef and other Quranic and calligraphic designs.
Do you offer personalised or custom pieces?
Yes. Our wall decor range includes personalised family name signs and photo-frame collage pieces.
Do you have anything under Rs. 999 or Rs. 1,999?
Yes. Our LUXURY FINDS UNDER 999 collection groups wall art, Islamic calligraphy and wall clocks at Rs. 999, and our Signature Decor Under 1999 collection groups wall art, wall clocks and mirrors under Rs. 1,999.
Are your pieces easy to hang?
Our acrylic and MDF pieces are lightweight and designed to be straightforward to mount on a wall. Any fittings included are noted on the product page.
