Shipping policy

AKSAAZ DECOR delivers nationwide across Pakistan. All prices and shipping charges are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Shipping charges

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of PKR 195 across Pakistan. Free shipping is available on orders containing two or more items.

Delivery time

Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 working days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays, peak periods, or because of courier delays outside our control.

Payment methods

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment through bank transfer.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and email.

Packaging

Wall art, wall clocks, mirrors and lamps are packed for protection in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and the packaging, as set out in our Refund Policy.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address and contact number carefully at checkout. Orders that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be delayed or returned to us.
